Contranband, by Iron Forged Nutrition! I gave this pre workout sup a try for 4 weeks. I took 1 scoop at first just to make sure I could handle it. It was pretty good for 1 scoop, but later increased it to 2 scoops and it was perfect for me. I suggest everyone start off at 1 scoop just to make sure you can handle this product. My workouts we fantastic. Energy was way up, endurance was increased as were the pumps I got. This is a fantastic pre workout product and I recommened it to everyone.
