I picked up a tub of Scivation Whey Chocolate. I wanted to see if all the hype I've heard on the flavor of this Whey was true. Several of my friends at the gym say it's by far the best Whey protein they have ever tasted. So being curious, I decided to find out for myself.

I must say the flavor is very impressive! A very smooth chocolate flavor, nothing strong or over powering like others I've tried. It was a pleasant surprise for my taste buds. One of my favorite ways to enjoy this protein is to make what is known as SLUDGE. A weird name I know but a tasty treat for sure. I take 1 scoop SCIVATION WHEY and 1 tbls Peanut Butter and mix together, adding a small amount of water to aid in the mixing. Once mixed, I place in the fridge for approx 10-15min and let it settle and cool then I dive in and enjoy a very healthy and very tasty treat! Be sure to try SLUDGE, I think you'll love it as well.
