I just finished a 10 day trial of SSP Nutritions THE SYSTEM! I loved this stack and wanted to share my thoughts on how it worked, how it tasted and overall what I think about these products.

NSD Powerball Gyroscope!

I had the pleasure of trying the NSD Powerball and wanted to share my experience with it here on my blog. I'll cover the basics of this amazing device first and then go into a little more detail.

I've been using this device for about a month and LOVE it. I have carpal tunnel, tennis elbow and wrist pain from all my years as a bodybuilder and power lifter. At first the ball was a tad difficult for me to get going and kinda hurt my elbows a bit.
